Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Manchester
Salary: £20,000 + Overtime + Benefits
The Company:
Our client is a market leading, specialist distribution business with a great reputation due to their focus on quality and customer service. They are expanding their operation by opening a new Distribution Centre in Manchester. As a result, they are looking to source a Sales Administrator to support their site.
The Role:
As the Sales Administrator, you will liaise with the customers and the sales team, to ensure orders placed are presented to the warehouse and the delivery crews in a timely manner. Responding to any after sales issues and stock questions. Additional responsibilities will include;
- Raising supplier PO Numbers.
- Ensuring that an excellent level of customer service is delivered with every order.
- Resolving any additional customer queries
- Assisting the sales teams with any enquiries
The Candidate:
To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced Sales Administrator looking to join an ambitious organisation. In addition, you will have the following skills;

- Good Communicator written and verbal
- Good IT knowledge / Microsoft packages
- Ideal experience with and ERP system such as Oracle
This role is based in Manchester and the hours of work can be either 07:30 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:30.
